Our home delivery service is currently available within 2 KM of Bounsi.
Orders placed outside our delivery area may not be accepted or fulfilled. We may contact you if there is any uncertainty regarding your delivery location.

We currently deliver during the following time slots:
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
You can select or receive an available delivery slot during the ordering process, depending on our website’s functionality and delivery capacity.
3. Free Home Delivery
Free home delivery is available on orders of ₹999 or more.
For orders below ₹999, applicable delivery charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout or communicated before order confirmation.
4. Delivery Time
We make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the selected delivery slot. However, delivery times may occasionally be affected by:

If the customer is unavailable when our delivery person arrives, we may attempt to contact the customer by phone.
Depending on the circumstances, the order may be rescheduled for another available slot or returned to Bounsi Bazar. Additional delivery charges may apply for a subsequent delivery attempt, where applicable.
