Our home delivery service is currently available within 2 KM of Bounsi. Orders placed outside our delivery area may not be accepted or fulfilled.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we may contact you regarding a suitable replacement or refund, as applicable.

All product prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹).

The applicable price at the time of placing the order will be considered the order price.
Any applicable delivery charges or other charges will be shown before order confirmation.

We currently provide delivery during the following slots:
10 AM–12 PM 3 PM–5 PM
Delivery timing may occasionally vary due to traffic, weather, order volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Free home delivery is available on orders of ₹999 or more, subject to the applicable delivery area and conditions.
7. Payment
Customers may pay using the payment methods made available on the website at the time of checkout.
An order may not be processed until the required payment is successfully received, where online payment is selected.
8. Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact Bounsi Bazar as soon as possible. Once an order has been prepared or dispatched for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
